Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No contracts, no hidden fees. You can cancel your monthly
subscription at any time from your dashboard settings with one
click. If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until
the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual later?

Yes. You can switch billing intervals at any time. If you upgrade to
Annual, we will prorate your remaining monthly balance toward the
yearly cost so you don't pay twice.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?

Your data is safe. If you downgrade, you simply lose access to the
AI features (Action Engine, Strategy, Notion Sync) and return to 1
briefing per day. Your settings and integration history are
preserved in case you decide to re-subscribe later.
Do you offer student or non-profit discounts?

Yes! We offer a 50% discount for students with a
valid .edu email address and registered non-profits. Please create a
free account first, then email us at support@briefline.app with
proof of status to apply the discount.
Is my payment information secure? +
Absolutely. Payments are processed securely by
Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record), which uses
Stripe's enterprise-grade infrastructure. Briefline never sees or
stores your credit card number.
Can I buy multiple seats for my team?

Currently, Briefline subscriptions are for individual use. If you
are looking to onboard a team of 5+ people, please contact us for
enterprise bulk pricing and consolidated billing options.
